Project: Creative Real Estate Video

Short-form real estate video designed to feel more like a cinematic story than a standard property tour. The goal was to showcase space, light, and lifestyle in a way that grabs attention on social media and keeps viewers watching to the end.

I focused on:

- Smooth, dynamic camera movement (walkthroughs, slow pans, and reveals) to guide the viewer naturally from room to room.
- Shot sequencing and pacing that builds a narrative: exterior → key features → lifestyle moments, instead of a flat “room-by-room” catalog.
- Natural light and color grading to keep interiors bright, warm, and inviting while still looking true to life.
-Sound design and music that support the mood of the property (calm, premium, or family-friendly) without distracting from the visuals.

The result is a piece that helps agents and owners stand out in crowded listings, gives buyers a strong emotional feel for the property, and is ready to use across YouTube, Instagram, and listing platforms.
